I came across this picture while searching through my Photobucket account. Boredom, mixed with creative dullness sometimes gives people a chance to see what you've been up to.
I took this photo back when someone got up there and sprayed this on the billboard. I think it was 2007? Correct me if I'm wrong. Actually, dont. The date doesn't matter. All that matters is that I captured this shot.

PS - if you ever see Waterman cruising the streets of HB (because he doesn't leave his bubble), be sure to yell out "DILL!"
